Zumurud Tower is ideal for those who want easy access to Dubai's hottest public Beach and entertainment amenities, such as The Marina walk, Dubai Marina Mall, and Blue water island. It includes everything from secured parking, health & fitness center.
Flat is around 7 minutes walk to the beach ,nice restaurants and cafes , very close to Marina walk ,supermarket in the building with home delivery, internet, Netflix TV and free car Parking space available.
Flat size is 370 SF and The place comes between the metro and the beach, that is the perfect location
There is a swimming pool & gym in the building on 9th floor
The metro and Dubai tram are walking distance from the flat
