Incredible location, so close to Gondola One. Nice property and facilities. Friendly staff. One complaint is that the TVs are small, old and not "smart" so you can't watch any streaming services on them such as Netflix and they only come with basic cable channels. Was disappointing as we were hoping to watch movies as a family and also had to watch the NCAA Men's national title game on an ipad since the cable did not have TBS or HBO.

This rental was great for our family of four. It could have definitely accommodated more people too. The space was large and clean. Often, we had to pool to ourselves. Plus, we could see the pool from our deck. The only challenge was the lack of ramp to get the luggage cart to the building. Once in the building, the elevator worked fine.

気になった点 : ロケーション
I was disappointed on how clean the place was. There was a ring around one of the toilets and the toilet clogged easily. There was a towel that was hanging on the back of a door that looked like and felt like it had been hanging there for a very long time.The “king size” bed was very uncomfortable, and I felt like I was sleeping in a bowl all night. I could not lay close to my husband because of the uphill slope in between us. There was unknown beeping in the middle of the night in one of the rooms. I didn’t bother to report any of these incidents because the staff seemed busy working on an elevator that didn’t work,and a fire alarm going off. I just wanted to leave. My adult son was asked if he worked there and I can only assume he was asked that because of his brown skin. I feel like the place was overpriced for the quality they provided. Thank goodness I brought my own Keurig coffee pot because they offered a Mr. coffee pot but no filters coffee or anything else to go with it.
