Enjoy the Big Island in style in this sprawling 5-bedroom luxury estate in the prestigious Champion Ridge at Mauna Lani community. Newly completed in 2024, this ultra-modern estate offers privacy, a spacious floor-plan and plenty of fantastic amenities to make your vacation extra special. With a large pool, hot tub, backyard, private movie theater, game room and 3-car garage, the home is the perfect retreat for families and groups looking to enjoy every moment of their vacation on the Kohala Coast.

Each bedroom offers a king size bed, a private entry and a large en-suite bathroom for added comfort and seclusion, plus, there are two twin sized rollaway beds to sleep up to 12 people. The living room, kitchen and dining area offers a spacious central living space for everyone to gather. Wall-length glass sliding doors open to the expansive patio and pool deck, which offers a hanging love seat, comfortable lounge style seating and a large dining table and gas BBQ for sunset dinners. The large pool and floating hot tub is surrounded by a manicured grass lawn, offering a private outdoor space for the family to enjoy activities. Located on the edge of the acclaimed Mauna Lani Golf Course driving range, the backyard of The Ridge House at Mauna Lani is extra private for gatherings or simply lounging in the warm breeze and enjoying the heated pool.

Built by renowned architects as the perfect home away from home, The Ridge House at Mauna Lani offers an indoor movie theater, as well as a game and billiard room for hours of family fun. A golf cart is also provided for guest use - allowing your family to travel to the Beach Club and Shops at Mauna Lani in style. Also provided are the following baby items: Ingenuity Dream Retreat 3 in 1 portable playard, high chair, stroller/wagon, diaper genie, and toys. A pool fence is also available upon request.

This is an EXQUISITE property. It raises the bar for a large family gathering with abundant space, privacy, beautiful decor, first class amenities and excellent concierge support. There are not enough words to say how wonderful it is. Our week here was priceless.

Excellent house complete with upscale amenities including a six passenger golf cart. The heated swimming pool and spa was perfect. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The property was impressively well‑supplied, with fully stocked kitchen tools and appliances—including a rice cooker, Instant Pot, and the most extensive collection of kitchen knives and gadgets I’ve ever seen in a rental—plus a dedicated bar counter with an ice machine and a wide variety of glasses. It also came with beach chairs, an umbrella, and plenty of pool floats and innertubes.
