The space
When you enter our home, you'll find yourself in the cozy living room, complete with 2 sofas, poufs and a flat screen TV 65''. The full kitchen, with stainless steel appliances including a stove, dishwasher, microwave, also has a ton of counter space as well as a bar area, complete with bar stools and a lovely dining table with room for 4 people.

There is also 2 cars parking right in front of the house. There a laundry area next to the 2nd bathroom. There is also plenty of street parking.

The space is surrounded by a wonderful community and close to lots of shopping and dining options. Best of all, our home is available for rent on a month-to-month basis, so you can enjoy Southern California living all year round.

Guest will have access to the entire house except our supplies closet
Other things to note
- Cleaning company charge us $35 per pet per night. Please contact the host if you have pets.
- We are not refilling gas BBQ grill so you would have to bring the empty tank to Home Depot or Walmart to exchange due to our house keeper no longer doing this.

-For any stay longer than 30 days, there is a utilities cap of $400.
The cap applies to water, electricity, and gas.
Trash, Wi-Fi, lawn care, and pool service are included.
If your usage exceeds the utilities cap, you will be responsible for the excess.
