On one of the best streets in town. You can get a glimpse of both ocean and the bay. Short walk to a lot of entertainment but far enough away from the noise. This Townhouse boasts Sea Isle Energy! It has 4 bedrooms (two of which are ensuites) with an additional bath and powder room. There is spacious bonus room behind the garage providing ample seating for relaxation and entertainment for the whole family. Room layout is 2 ensuites one has a king bed and the other a queen. Bedroom #3 has 2-twins and the fourth has another queen. Owner provides two roll-away beds for extra over night guests. Dining Room seats 8 with an additional 5 seats at the kitchen island. The living area showcases cathedral ceilings and continues with the fabulous beach theme. The fenced in backyard is a large paved patio with outside shower and barbeque grill. A Tandem bike and beach chairs are for tenants use. **Hot tub is not for tenant's use**

Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.
