This is a new apartment on the first floor with private entrance and covered parking. Guest have access to a communal pool, hot tub, sauna, patio and grill. There are tables, chairs, lounge chairs and swings around the pool area. The pool and patio area are share with the other two short-term rentals on the property. We are with in 3 minutes from all of downtown Hammond and 2 minutes to Southeastern Louisiana University. We are only 45 minutes to New Orleans, 18 minutes to Mandeville/Covington and 35 minutes to Baton Rouge. Pets welcome with a fee.

The property was lovely. We were in the “Downtown” apartment and it was perfect for the 2 of us. It is well appointed with ample amenities and in a safe neighborhood. There was a large group above us in the house and they did not impact our stay and everyone respected the quiet time. My husband enjoyed the hot tub while meeting the other visitors and we liked spending time in this space. We will definitely stay here again when visiting family.

Cozy Corner

It was a Cozy Corner although it was so convenient to outings to town but tucked back in the corner of the neighborhood. No vehicle traffic or busy streets.The swimming pool, hot tub and patio area was so peaceful and beautiful with the plants and roses in bloom. It was a Grand Getaway!
