We are renting our VERY CLEAN 1920's remodeled beach cottage. The home pictured is the owner's unit with the lower home rented to a year-round tenant which you would be sharing the garage, laundry, and back yard with.

This home is located in South Laguna on Terry Rd and is within walking distance to Victoria Beach with incredible sunset views.

IMPORTANT HOME NOTES:
- Primary guest must be 25+ years old and present throughout the entire reservation.
-Please review house rules regarding Noise, Day/Nighttime Occupancy, etc.
-Crib/Pack n' Play must be requested 48 hours prior to your stay.
- Parking (1) Garage B (Mid-Sized SUV or Smaller)
- Laundry Facility is shared with the lower year-round tenant
- garage is shared with our existing year-round tenant, each will have designated parking.
- Tenant will not have access to the backyard
- This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.
