The village hosts several wonderful restaurants, breakfast spots, bakeries, coffee shops, ice cream, a country club, scenic rail road, outdoor ice skating, a rec center and dozens of other stores and attractions. With in a mile of Cranmore Ski Resort and a short drive to Attitash, Wild Cat and Mt. Washington.

You are directly in the Village, so you can walk to several attrractions, and can access by bus.

Must follow check out procedures, which include stripping the beds, starting the laundry, cleaning dishes, and taking trash to the dumpster on property.

SUMMER CHECK OUT is 10am (June 15th to Labor Day)

- MUST FOLLOW GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY, house rules and community regulations or risk loss of security deposit, fines up to $1000 and early termination of your stay.
- Must observe town's 10PM sound ordinance and state disorderly laws. No late night noise or events. Must keep max occupancy as stated on your reservation.
- Pets NEED PRIOR APPROVAL
-No Fireworks (sparklers, snaps ok)
- SURVEILLANCE cameras on property
- Must follow parking and trash procedures
- Certain peak weekends, holiday may require mins stay or rate adjustment
- Before Check out, you must strip sheets and start laundry with all dirty linens, start the dishwasher and bring trash to the dumpster down the road.
