Host responded quickly to all of our questions. Cute and functional with a comfy bed and great location. Perfect size for a couple. Pool was awesome. Loved it!

This was the best rental I have had. The property was very secure and safe and walking distance to nice places to eat. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. I will re book any time I need a staycation. Communication from the host was great and very fast. 10/10 experience.

We enjoyed our short stay while visiting for a college golf tournament. Unit was as described and the area was great with a small grocery and restaurants all within walking distance. The unit had everything we needed and was very clean.

The room was great, it had all that was needed and the location was excellent just steps away from restaurants , shopping, and the lake. The only negatives were having to put in door codes so often for everything and the tv was a bit slow and frustrating but that being said I would still book again.

While we were a couple of drunk guys hanging around the property and ended up learning 1 was staying there with family, only one entry into the property unless you had a parking permit, a family of 10 people jumped the fence to enter the pool during one evening. The balcony was full of mice poop. During our stay the internet was out the entire time, so we were unable to watch TV or access things for work unless tethering from personal hotspots. We had limited towels and washcloths(1 washcloth was provided for 2 people). Laundry room is available but an app had to be downloaded in order to use it with a minimum charge of 10. Lake Las Vegas has almost completely shut down with minimal shops being open and or activities available. To launch our own paddle board from the dock was 25 per day.

Overall, the room was clean, especially where it matters most. However, the door jams on the bathroom and the door going out to the balcony were dirty. The host was responsive with almost all messages and let us know when the room was ready, which was a little early, so that was great! The pool and surrounding area was beautiful and there were many accommodations/restaurants/shops. The only area that could use a little improvement was the basics, such as coffee, toilet paper, etc. A coffee pot was available, but a traditional one, so ground coffee was needed. Only one roll of toilet paper and it was one-ply, so rather rough on the boodie. The door was difficult to close/lock; it had to be held “just right” in order for it to align and lock. All-in-all, we would go back, we’d just bring a little extra from home. This place is perfect if you want to just relax and don’t really want to get out in the busy traffic; there is plenty to do within walking distance.
