Prime Location: you’re just a short drive not only from downtown Denver but from the stunning landscapes and hiking trails of the foothills and Golden bonus for skiers it’s only 45 minutes to Loveland and Echo Mountain ski resorts. Please note : this property is situated in a working-class family neighborhood and is and convenient to many things like grocery stores and Walmart. Our space is designed for guests looking for the essentials of comfortable living and we strive to provide a welcoming environment, but it's important to understand that some amenities may differ from what one might expect from a hotel setting. Please read all listings very carefully not just ours we have been very clear and honest about our condo including pictures of the new couch and paint in the bedroom, look at all the photos !!!! The condo offers a comfortable stay with essential amenities to ensure a pleasant experience. Here are a few important points to consider:
This is our home not a hotel if there children playing outside it might be loud during the summer our unit is next to the pool! If a neighbor or their guests is outside smoking there isn’t much we can do about it. Personally haven’t experienced this issue and hopefully it’s a one off experience.
- **Portable Air Conditioning**: The unit is equipped with a portable air conditioning unit, clearly stated in the listing. Please note that it may not cool the entire space as effectively as central air but keeps it comfortable inside.
- **Kitchenware**: The pots and pans provided have detachable handles, which is a unique feature of our kitchenware. We believe this offers flexibility and saves space it’s very practical for cooking needs.
- **Accessibility**: Unfortunately, the condo is not handicap accessible. We recommend considering this when making your reservation. This is also very clear on the listing!!
