Lovely setting

Clean and spacious, lovely screened in back porch with comfortable seating, not far from the pool (a big hit for my 2 and 4-year olds), quiet setting.

Beautiful Condo and Area!

This condo had everything and more. It was a beautiful home away from home. Owners were lovely and quick to respond. Only negative not knowing about an Administrative charge upon checkin. Otherwise would highly recommend staying here.

Love Park Shore!

This is a great updated unit at Park Shore Resort. Conveniently located on the first floor and close to the office, pool, and restaurant. The bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of towels, pillows and blankets. So handy to have a washer/dryer available! Would definitely stay here again!

Nice, updated condo

We really enjoyed the condo. It’s very nice and clean. The lanai furniture was comfortable with a nice view. Bonus was being on the ground floor. Highly recommend. Tammy was always quick to answer any questions also.

love this location

this condo was clean, updated and well stocked. had all the amenities that you could want. had great tv's (3 total) we really liked the location. had a view of the canal just outside the first floor screened porch and was just steps away from Hogfish Harry's where we went for our nightly night cap. check in was easy and we liked just having a code to get into unit. we loved the coffee station as well

Another day in paradise!

Park Shore Resort has never failed to give us a great vacation, and this condo exceeded all expectations. The recent remodeling and decorating made this an exceptional place to stay! Everything we needed was there. It's steps from the pool and restaurant...minutes from the beach and grocery stores...a short trek to 5th Avenue and beyond. The pool was pristine, the fitness center clean and up-to-date, the grounds well-manicured. Communication with the property manager was simple and our needs attended to promptly. We will most certainly be returning here in the near future!

True Relaxation

We spent week in Feb at this lovely condo. It’s a first floor unit perfect for those who don’t want stairs. The lanai looks over a waterway with small waterfalls and lots of ducks. It has reclining chairs and an outdoor eating area. The unit is clean and fully stocked. We cooked a lot and found all the utensils we needed. The pool is lovely and the on-site restaurant is very good. There is even scheduled pickleball if you want to join. The resort is walking distance to other restaurants, carry out, and Publix .

Home away from home

This property was everything you could need and more. Equip with just about everything you need to feel right at home. To start the location is right next to the office, on the bottom floor for easy unpacking and also right next to the pool and on site restaurant. Publix and Walgreens are walking distance and downtown isn’t far either. The drive to the beach was short and enjoyable as you get to see all the beautiful houses on the way. Everything was clean and all of the furniture and bedding were very comfortable. My family had such a wonderful visit we will surely return. I even left something behind and Tammy was great in communicating with me and helping me to retrieve my items. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Park Shore Resort, Naples

The condo was very nice and fulfilled our desires to have a nice place to stay. The condo had a very comfortable bed in the master bedroom. The kitchen had everything to cook with. There was a murphy bed which we did not need or use but would allow for 2 more people to sleep comfortably. The condo is very conveniently located as it is ground level and 4 units from the main lobby and easy access to the pool and restaurant. The grounds were attractive and well kept. The pool was cool and the meandering pond feature had many turtles and a few ducks. The were two tennis courts and one pickleball court. My wife and I were in Naples for the U. S. Open Pickleball Championships and the condo was centrally located to everything we needed. We flew in from California and the one thing that would have been nice would have been a cooler in the condo for our day trips. From the condo it was an easy drive to the local beaches, Sanibel Island, and Everglade City. We simply had a wonderful trip, I won 3 medals in the tournament, and it was nice to have such a nice condo to come "home" to each night.

Park Shore Resort Unit 104

This unit is perfect for 2 adults, however it is exceptionally small to accommodate 4 adults. The den does not provide any privacy for the fold down bed and it is much too small for todays adults, made it work but was not convenient. I would suggest that the murphy bed and couch in the den be replaced with a queen bed and night tables with storage and the existing closet be outfitted with storage units to make it easier for clothing storage. The location is absolutely wonderful and the amenities at Park Shore are top notch. The screen porch was great to sit on after a walk around the resort and people watching right from your unit.

Great placr

The A104 condo at Park Shore is highly recommended. It is a great location in Naples convenient to restaurants, the beach, and local sights. The condo is very well stocked and kept well maintained. The staff at Park Shore are friendly and helpful.

Mixed bag

I will start with the good. It is shorter. Nice location. Easy checkin. Nice garden view. Now the bad. Tiny, tiny, tiny. Filthy storage areas in the unit. Some furniture Nice, Some from the year one. Very dated unit. The kitchen looks like it is from the 50's. Property manager lied about checkin and entry procedures. This looks like a very old property. It is probably acceptable at half the price. You can get much much better at their price.

Tropical setting

We completely and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Park Shore Resort. This wonderful unit was furnished very comfortably and had a nice view of the water and the restaurant on the island. We had 2 rainy days and the patio furniture was so comfortable I was happy to spend my time right there. The pool is warm and in a very tropical setting. Loved it! We hope to stay here again in the future.

Perfect Location

We loved staying at this condo for more than 2 weeks for several reasons... Perfect location. Close to the beach. Lots of nearby shopping including fifth avenue. Oodles of restaurants. The condo itself has plenty of space including a Murphy bed and room closure if you want to have a guest or 2. The 2 bathrooms came in handy. The pool is a good size over 6 feet deep on one end although they keep it too warm for me. Cleanliness and supplies in the condo made it more than comfortable. We hope to return next year. Thank you for all of your communication as well!!!

Incredible Stay

This unit was true to the pictures shown on the VRBO site. We loved the screened in veranda. Park Shores Resort has so much to offer with a beautiful secluded paradise within the property limits. We enjoyed the many amenities that were offered, including the pool, hot tub, barbecue and picnic area, pickleball and tennis courts. There is also a very popular restaurant that was always busy on the property. We were very happy that we stayed in this unit at the Park Shores Resort!

Great stay at Park Shore Resort

Great condo! Loved the screened-in porch with reclining chairs. The property is very pretty with the water, walkways and bridges, and quiet. Unit 104 is spacious and clean, very comfortable bed. The kitchen is small and dated, but served its purpose. I would recommend this unit and resort property. Great location too.

Lovely property, clean and quiet

We decided to stay here over XMas as we were in town to spend the holiday with family in the area. The owners were accommodating and the unit was clean and lovely. The unit faced the courtyard area and was close to the office, pool, hot-tub, and restaurant. It was also very quiet, which was welcome. We were able to do a bit of cooking for XMas to bring with us as the kitchen was fully equipped and had all the necessities plus extras. We would stay here again. This would be a lovely location for any snowbirds wanting to stay down here for the season. Shopping and restaurants very convenient also.

Delightful Vacation

My wife and I spent a delightful vacation in Rm 104 of Park Shore Resort. acommadations were very nice. Room was very clean. Staff was very friendly. The only complaint was a water leak in the left side of the lanai every time it rained. The water came in the window were it meets the ceiling. When I went to office they told me it was because there were no gutters during current work

Everything was perfect

We were so happy with this condo and with the Park Shore resort property. Everything about our stay was perfect. This was our last four nights of a two week trip around south Florida and the accomodations were fantastic. It started with Tammy, the property manager greeting us upon arrival and providing a brief orientation to the rental unit. Her communication from the start was excellent and efficient. We had everything we could possibly need and the condo was very clean with lots of room and a very comfortable bed. We really liked the lay out. The unit was stocked with items one would normally need to buy such as spices, dish soap, laundry soap, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo etc. We also loved the resort. It was beautiful and relaxing for strolling about with bridges, waterfalls and emmaculate landscaping. So relaxing and a really short stroll to the pool. We met people of all ages including some families with children. There is a lovely restaurant on site called Pates. People come from around the Naples area to dine here. There is live entertainment on Saturday and Monday evenings which we thoroughly enjoyed (probably not as suited to a younger crowd though). The food and service at the bar and restaurant is top notch. The location of this property is perfect for everything you might want. Short drive or walk to the beach, grocery store and restaurants and short drive to the Naples zoo (must visit), golf courses, Tin City, Venetian Bay (our very favorite dining spot), and shopping if you are into that. It seemed as though everything we wanted to do was within a ten minute drive. We loved this rental property and this resort. Tammy does a great job as the property manager. We will definitely rent again if we visit Naples from Canada in the future. I highly recommend this rental property. Thanks Tammy.
