Clean, lovely home

Yamileth was immediately available to respond to our every need. She exceeded expectations in many ways, such as leaving fresh bread and fruit in the home. This is not a fancy place, but very comfortable. Parking is barely adequate.

Helpful Property Manager

We stayed at this apartment two times Once meeting family midway through our trip and then the last night before we left for home. It’s times we had very successful stays. The neighborhood is quiet and there are restaurants within walking distance. Yamileth was very helpful and always available to answer questions.

Great group accommodations

We stayed in the apartment when our family (3 separate branches) were meeting. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The surrounding area had very nice low key restaurants. My only suggestion is that the driving directions were not adequate however we called Yamileth and she met us at an intersection and showed us the way. In addition we thought we had left a wallet at the apartment (we later found it in our luggage). Yamileth searched the apartment and even checked with the restaurant that we were at the night before. Altogether a convenient location for a large group. This was our second stay in San Jose and this neighborhood was much more convenient. The best thing is that Yamileth is there to help you with whatever you need

Wonderful Host and Beautiful Home

We had a lovely stay here after a long day of travel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and each room has its own bathroom, which was very convenient. Lots of cool breezes and beautiful plants, dishes enough for our family of six, and plenty of restaurants nearby. I just recommend getting directions to the home beforehand and setting a time and place to meet. I left that until the last minute and so got a little lost. Yamileth was super kind and patient with us, though, and was a wonderful host. We would definitely stay here again!

pleasant stay and attentive host

My family (3 adult sons and spouse) had a marvelous week here. The layout was conducive to spending time together, sharing meals and evening talk. Well equipped kitchen downstairs and a serviceable kitchen upstairs. ¡Pura Vida!

Best experience!!!

This rental was great! The house was beautiful! Everything was clean and neat! Yami was just the best! She took us around the city and made sure our stay was pleasant! She suggested places for us and even recommended drivers and set up days for us!!! She made our vacation the best one yet!! Thanks so much!!

I"m the oldest of 3 sisters and one brother. I grew up at a small town called Siquirres at the Atlantic Coast.
I'm currently leaving at my place in San Jose.
My husband and I also own a small farm in a town called Perez Zeledon at the Pacific Coast at about 4 hours drive from San Jose, also at only 45 minutes drive from Dominical beach. I have a 6 years old German Shepherd which I absolutely love. We have all kinds of fruit trees, as well as 2500 coffee plants. I love music and spicy foods.

My husband and I decided to buy this property because we wanted the opportunity to meet wonderful people, and also be able to earn an extra income. People normally arrive as guests and leave as friends.Once a guest said to me that she will love to have a job like mine, meet friends and get pay at the same time.

To be honest, I think that we fell in love with the view of the city lights at night from the upper floor.
