For the price, you don’t get the value. There were spiders and silverfish bugs in every room, mold in the crevices in the main bathroom shower, mold in the washer, etc. The worst part was that the gardeners would come in to the backyard without notice. We told the property managers about this and was told it wouldn't happen but it proceeded to happen two more times before we left. We were never warned and felt it was a huge invasion of our privacy. They sent someone to clean out the mold in the washer but we had to use an outside source. Huge inconvenience there too after paying over 8,000 a month. Will never stay here or any affiliated properties with the same property managers again.
