Enjoy the simplicity of this quiet and central accommodation. It's located in a privileged area, just steps away from Provenza but still in a hidden street where you won't be disturbed by the noise of the trendiest and coolest area of the city. This unit is newly furnished, has 2 bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with a queen size bed, both with walk-in closets. The living room and dining area is a quiet and cozy space to watch TV when you get tired of exploring our beautiful city.

The best thing about this accommodation is its location, it's just steps away from Provenza area, but in a hidden dead end street where you won't be disturbed by noise.
In the same street there are some exceptional cafes, and the best Korean restaurant in town.
Then around the corner you will find a Mexican restaurant, the bar El Social, which is an icon of the city, and a supermarket to do your groceries.

Then a 5 minute walk away you will find the Provenza area with all its nightlife and plenty of the best gastronomic offer of the city.

The apartment is fully equipped for long stays, with a functional and equipped kitchen, living room, dining table, Smart Tvs, desk to work and 2 comfortable and spacious bedrooms. It also has 2 bathrooms and washing machine.
