We stayed for one night as we were passing through Tennessee. This place was perfect for that. Self check-in was easy and helpful since we arrived later in the night. The place was clean and well looked after!

Clean and comfortable

Clean and comfortable small space located just inside a nice neighborhood. Easy access to restaurants and local attractions. Extremely responsive management. I had a great stay and will be staying here again when I come back to the area

Did not meet expectations

When we 1st arrived neighborhood was very attractive. 1st impression was negative due to no key in designated location. Luckily the owner lived in the main house. I tried using VRBO communication and never received a response. Once we entered the unit was nicely decorated and attractive. We entered the bathroom and there we no towels whatsoever. I had to knock on owners door again and request towels. 1.5 hours later I again went to owner and finally received two bath towels, 2 face cloths and one hand towel for 2 people. No amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, bath soap or coffee and filters for the coffee maker. The unit was attractive and in a great location but not user friendly.

It was the worst stay I've had yet with Vrbo. Although clean, and looked exactly like photos, it was awful, and uncomfortable. The remote to the tv was broken so we had to buy one to use the tv. There was 1 small fry pan that would burn and stick to everything which made it impossible to cook. There was only 2 forks and 2 bowls, plates so prep was nearly impossible. The bed was super uncomfortable and crappy blanket so had to buy an acceptable comforter which we left all we bought behind to help the next guests a bit. Another awful part was the cheap hard uncomfortable couch. There were no amenities, not even coffee or filters, salt or pepper, shampoo or conditioner, extra blanket or pillows, water bottles, nothing! There is no insulation so you hear everything and the temperature circulation beyween rooms is nonexistent. Would not recommend this place.
