Our apartment is ideally situated just a 10-minute walk to the entrance path to Punta Esmeralda Beach and Cenote, one of Playa del Carmen’s best-kept local gems. You’ll be just a 10-minute walk to the beach, where you can enjoy crystal-clear waters, a natural cenote, and a laid-back atmosphere—all free and award-winning.
We offer the best of both worlds: close enough to the energy of 5th Avenue, but far enough to enjoy peace. The vibrant tourist center is only a 30-minute walk or 15-minute bike ride straight down 5th Avenue. For groceries, there are local fruit and vegetable stands and convenience shops within walking distance, while the larger supermarket is about a 30-minute walk or 15-minute bike ride down 10th Avenue.
Our neighborhood is rich in authentic local flavor, surrounded by family-run hamburger and taco stands, seafood spots, and affordable eateries that locals love, far from the tourist traps.
