Beautifully decorated house 5-6 blocks from the beach - wonderful back yard with a nice fire pit. Great hosts - our 2nd time staying; we plan to return.

Great stay

Me and my boyfriend wanted a get away for the 4th weekend and it was great. You’re close to everything! The house was cozy and the decor was beautiful. I would definitely come back to stay!

Beautiful, fully appointed home in COBE

Beautiful house located 6-7 blocks from the beach - has everything you would need for a great beach trip, including a beautiful back yard with fire pit and chairs. Earlene, the host, was very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay there again!

Had a great time!

We stayed for “Osprey Fest” this year. What a great house. Clean, lots of room, and a great place to stay. Our 16 month old loved running up and down the hallway.Good location in the town too, we were able to walk to the main town center and enjoyed not worrying about searching for a parking space.

Beautiful home

The house was perfect. Very updated, very nicely decorated, loved the backyard and front porch!! Beds very comfortable. Was very clean! Honestly can’t say one negative thing about the house. Not really walkable to much of anything, but very short drive to all the great bars and restaurants on the water. Would definitely stay again if ever back in town. Host was very nice and quick to respond to any questions we had.

Quaint Quarters is a beautifully decorated, spacious, and comfortable cottage to stay in for a getaway to Colonial Beach. The cottage was equipped with everything we needed for our stay and we loved sitting out on the big front porch in the evenings. The fireplaces in the family room and master bedroom with an option to turn off the heat and just have the muticolor flames for ambiance were a nice extra touch. The fenced yard provided plenty of room for our dog to play and to rest in the cool grass. Views of the river were just a few blocks away and we enjoyed the proximity to the beach and boardwalk. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Beautiful house and great yard. Had a little trouble trying to get the code for the door. My phone wouldn't work outside the house due to no wifi. We had to drive to the hotel and get wifi service so I could communicate with the owner, other than that it was a great stay.
