Waterfront 1 Bedroom Beautiful Condo On the Waterfront in Downtown Charlottetown. You can walkout the front door and you are only steps to the waters edge.
Enjoy the breathtaking views of the Charlottetown Harbor and relax and watch the boats and cruise ships pass by. This is a very quiet and relaxing property and is a great place to relax and unwind. Located only steps to the downtown and all restaurants and entertainment districts.

The Waterfront Walkout Condo is a ground level 1 bedroom condo. It has an open concept living and kitchen space with a breakfast bar.
The bedroom is spacious with a queen bed and clothing dressers.
The bathroom has a tub and shower and is very spacious.
There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.
This tastefully appointed condo is very cozy and comfortable and a perfect retreat for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The waterfront Condo is right on the Charlottetown Waterfront. You can sit out and watch the sail boats and cruise ships sail by.
The "Boardwalk" is located right outside the condo where it will take you on a unique walking experience to many fun things that Charlottetown has to offer.
It is located only steps from famous Victoria Row and its entertainment area with many shops and is only a 5 minute walk.
Whether you want to park your car in the free parking area and walk or if you want to drive, this beautiful Condo has everything to make your vacation relaxing and enjoyable.

Guests receive a full refund for cancellations 30+ days before check-in, 50% up to 15 days prior, and no refund within 14 days; a 4% processing fee is always non-refundable.

Wonderful visit to PEI

The amenities and the location were wonderful as we were within walking distance to many restaurants and the park.It was so nice to be able to sit in the Adirondack chairs on the grass overlooking the water. We would definitely stay here on our next visit to PEI! We also really enjoyed golf at Crowbush and Brudenell!!

The condo was just as it was pictured. It has a cozy and homelike feel with everything you needed to have a relaxing stay. The location was very convenient to the waterfront and shops and restaurants. Overall we would definitely recommend it to others. It was a great opportunity to see the east coast and explore and support our country!!

Excellent location walkable to many restaurants and shops. Wonderful views…fun to watch the boat traffic including a cruise ship! Comfortable, clean, well appointed accommodations. We would definitely come back to this property!

My wife and I spent a couple days here with our two scotty dogs and were more than happy with the experience. The condo is in a delightful location, right on the water and near everything downtown Charlottetown. It is a ground level condo, so super easy moving luggage and supplies in (and loading up afterwards); parking is right beside the access to the Condo, which is at the rear of the building — facing the water, as you can see from their photos.The condo is a good size and comfortable for a couple people, the kitchen has what you’ll need and bathroom is very spacious. Bedroom is large and the queen-size bed is very comfortable.The unit is cooled (and heated) by the quietest mini split unit that I’ve ever heard (or not heard)! Access is safe and easy. The codes to the doors were sent to us earlier in the day of our arrival. There is a building access door that opens to a small hallway that serves the two units on that level. The second code is to the condo door itself.Lots of walking trails nearby for those who want to walk in nature, and more than abundant street life and shops for those who want to wander the waterfront — or the entire downtown area including the renown PEI Theatre and Arts Centre.
