On a cooler night enjoy smore's by the fire pit near the pavilion. With the direct beach access, you will be just steps from the sugary white sand beaches, where you will find chair and umbrella rentals, jet ski rentals, volleyball, and many more activities. The property features a beachfront pool and hot tub, with chaise loungers for guest use, as well as a gated children's pool. The covered pavilion offers outdoor grilling and picnic tables, a firepit and recreational amenities and equipment.


Parking is available at the building. Your condo includes (1) parking pass. This is the maximum on-site parking allowed for this condo. Additional parking is available in several offsite parking lots for a daily fee.


Minimum age to rent is 25. No pets allowed by the HOA per their bylaws, although Service Animals are always welcome. There is no smoking or vaping is permitted in the building (including balconies or at the pool deck).
