The house is 25 minutes from downtown Alexandria, where ancient civilizations and heritage architectural buildings in the style of Italian architecture were associated with world-renowned artistic and political figures.

The house is located in: Bianchi-Bytash.
Private beach is surrounded by gardens, trees and villas. (Accommodation includes a beach pass for guests).
