The cabin features a main entrance door that leads to a staircase ascending to an open floor plan. This area is adorned with numerous south-facing windows, allowing ample sunlight to brighten the space, complemented by vaulted ceilings. Please be aware that there is no fireplace in the unit.
The cabin boasts a generous open layout that combines the living, dining, and kitchen areas, enabling guests to engage in social activities and collaborate on meal preparation. The entire space is enhanced by hardwood flooring, with plush sofas arranged around a flat-screen smart television. Additionally, there is access to a private deck, which serves as an ideal spot to enjoy the peaceful wooded surroundings and glimpses of the mountains.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary amenities for easy meal preparation, featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and wood cabinetry. Dining options are available at the breakfast bar and a small nook.
The cabin includes two bedrooms; the primary bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom offers a Captain’s bunk with a twin bed on the upper level and a double bed on the lower level. Furthermore, there is one full bathroom that features a custom vanity and a tiled walk-in shower.
The unit includes a streaming TV service but lacks air conditioning. Please note that there are security cameras outside the cabin monitoring the driveway.
All guests can easily access great outdoor adventures and activities from the cabin for hiking, biking, snowshoeing, cross country skiing on over 70 acres of private land.
A vehicle with All Wheel Drive or equipped with snow tires is recommended for accessing this home during heavy snowfall. The property includes a outdoor parking only and guests cannot park in front of the garage doors.
Smoking is not allowed as per the Homeowner Association rules. It is strictly prohibited for guests to smoke on the property. Violators will be fined 200 per day.
