☀Basic supplies, such as shampoo, soap, welcome home coffee pods & bottled water, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwashing soap. Please note, toothbrush and toothpaste are not provided.
★☆ HOUSE RULES/THINGS TO NOTE ☆★
☀ The minimum age to rent is 25 yrs old.
☀ Please be advised that no motorcycles or trailers are allowed on the premises.
☀ Make sure to use the pool passes to access the trash compressor or dumpster and take out the trash. Otherwise, there will be an additional $75 fee.
☀ Monthly rentals available.
☀ Short Term rentals available.
☀ We do not allow pets and if found to have pets there will be additional charges.
☀ Strictly no motorcycles or trailers are allowed. This is as per HOA's rules.
☀ Guest needs to inquire first before booking for stays more than 30 nights.

Welcome to our home away from home. We are Eric and Carol and love playing Golf and lounging on the beach. Barefoot is the perfect place for us and we hope you will love it as much as we do. There is so much to see and do that you could spend months down here and still not have experienced it all. Located right near the 8th green on the Norman Course. Golf course living with the beach less than 3 miles away. If sand is not your thing, our luxurious pool is literally 150 ft walk from our front door.
