Needs Attention
The property is located in a very convenient neighborhood in Sun City. It has easy access to many of the amenities offered. The house is decorated with very old but OK furniture. The master bed is comfortable. The kitchen appliances, although old, work well. The new TV in the living room is confusing and limited but works well.The major issue we had with the property was cleanliness. Dishes in the cupboards were dirty as were the cupboards themselves. We had to wash many of them before use. The other main issue was the lack of initial products to use upon arrival. There was 1/4 roll of toilet paper, no paper towels, no shower products, We had to make a grocery store run late in the evening of arrival. We left many of our unused products when we checked out so the next renter will not face what we did.Other issues we faced was the front door that has to be closed in a special way to use the entry code. We had to clean the bathroom drain faucets to get them to work properly. Towels were very old and thin and in some cases ripped. We bought and left plastic hangers for the master closet as the metal ones in place were inadequate. We think the property is worth considering however the owners to attend to the inadequacies.
