IMPORTANT AMENITIES NOTICE (Solara Resort)

Community Pool & Splash Pad CLOSED starting Jan 19, 2026 (estimated 3–4 weeks) for resurfacing.

Courtesy during closure: 1 complimentary FlowRider pass (3 sessions) per reservation.

Pick-up/Redemption: Check in at the FlowRider location with the resort team (they verify the reservation, issue the punch card, and help schedule sessions).

No early check-in / late check-out (deep cleaning needed )

Pets: Not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in removal without refund.

Pool heat (optional):

$40/day (min 2 nights)

Request 48 hours in advance

May take up to 24 hours to reach max 95°F / 35°C

Not effective in cold weather; no refunds if weather affects temperature

Starter welcome kit (not replenished):

Bathrooms: hand soap, toilet paper (1 per bath + 1 extra), body wash/shampoo/conditioner, 2 small soaps.

Kitchen: sponge, dish soap, 1 roll paper towels, 5 trash bags, 2 dishwasher pods.

Buy extras as needed.

Trash: Please take trash out daily to the outdoor bin.

Packages: USPS often returns deliveries to vacation rentals. Use DHL/FedEx/Amazon when possible. We’re not responsible for failed deliveries.
