Welcome to your beachfront getaway at Caper Beach Club on beautiful Fort Myers Beach. Nestled in the desirable mid-island location, this inviting condominium offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and breathtaking Gulf Coast scenery. Whether you're planning a family vacation, a couples' retreat, or a relaxing escape with friends, you'll have everything you need to enjoy the best of island living.

Wake up to the sound of the waves, sip your morning coffee on the private screened lanai, and spend your days soaking up the Florida sunshine on the sugar-white sands just steps from your door. After a day at the beach, unwind in the comfortable living area, prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, and enjoy spectacular sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico.

Unit 23 Highlights: Located on the 2nd floor. Newly remodeled. Direct Gulf-front. Sleeps up to 4 guests. 2 Bedrooms (Primary room: King. Guest room:Queen) 2 Bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. In-unit washer and dryer. Beach towels, chairs, and other beach essentials.

As a guest of Caper Beach Club, you'll enjoy direct access to the sugar-white sands of Fort Myers Beach, a heated beachfront pool, tennis and pickleball courts, barbecue grills, elevators, on-site management, and convenient parking. Located on the quieter south end of the island, the resort is approximately one mile from Times Square and just minutes from local restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. During the high season (November through April), guests can also take advantage of the free Fort Myers Beach Tram, making it easy to explore the island without driving.

Please Note: Caper Beach Club is a smoke-free property for all rental guests. Smoking is prohibited in all units and common areas, including screened lanais.

Property Update (June 2026): Window replacement work is currently taking place throughout the property. While every effort is being made to minimize disruptions, guests may experience occasional daytime construction noise.

Such a great stay! The condo is fabulous. It was super clean and decorated so cutely! The front office was so nice at check in and check out. Being right on the beach was incredible. Definitely plan on staying here again!!

Beautiful Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Caper Beach is beautiful resort, the condo was very clean and well stocked. The pool was awesome and refreshing. The grounds are meticulously maintained. We enjoyed the pickleball courts, beautiful sunsets and the grills are very nice, I enjoyed grilling out. THE Staff is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. I wish the lazy boy in condo was a little larger it’s very small for a big guy. Overall place is amazing and I booked again for next year. (I have to mention the bed was very comfortable too) .

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We had no issues during our trip. No issues made our stay wonderful. Everything was so clean. My kids only complaint was that they wished the pool stayed open longer. The entire facility was well maintained, clean and so nice. Our condo was cozy and made us feel right at home. The private beach area and beach access was phenomenal. The beach was very pleasant too. Restaurants and shopping were within walking distance. FMB also has a wonderful trolly system that we rode many times during our stay. I would absolutely recommend staying at the Caper Beach Club and I already have! We had a wonderful time!
