One boat trailer and three vehicles are allowed per stay.  There is room for additional vehicles without the trailer storage.  Trailer storage is available off-site at Grassy Key Marina for a fee. 

Check in is at 4 pm unless previously arranged for an early check in. This depends on whether the home has a back-to-back vacancy.  Please call the office Concierge to make these arrangements.  Our Concierge can also arrange for other amenities like kayaks, paddleboards, grocery delivery, chef services etc.

Check out is 10 am on the day of departure

Vacation Rentals of the Florida Keys provides a complimentary starter kit of soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. Guests will need to provide ongoing supplies for your stay.

Pool heat is an additional $400.00 per week to heat the pool and spa.

This home is a max of 14 people at any time per stay.  This home has 4 king size beds and a queen and two bunks.  It sleeps 12 in beds. Memory foam rollaways are available for a fee to additional guests. The rules are 2 per bedroom plus 2. 

Pets must be approved, and a pet fee is required and non-refundable.
