Great spot for USC and more

First time in Columbia and really enjoyed the location and the apartment. James is very prompt with returning questions and an excellent host. Will certainly stay again.

Bull Street Paradise

Perfect location, awesome loft apartment and ultra comfortable! Very clean with perfect little extras. And we slept like babes every night. Lastly, we felt safe and enjoyed the nearby restaurants.

Spectacular Rental

James place was great. Loved the high ceilings, everything was nice and new. James had waters and ice drinks in the fridge upon our arrival arrival as well as a bowl of sun chips for snacks. He was very quick at responding on anything we needed.

Very charming apartment, well decorated and clean. Host went above and beyond answering all my questions in a timely manor when it came to parking. Apartment complex is right next to Publico and walkable to Starbucks. Short uber drive to 5 points, all things related to USC and colonial life arena. Grateful to have found this gem and would definitely stay here again!

This was out second time staying here. Just as good this time.Very good, safe location. No issues walking to restaurants downtime. There are also quite a few good bars and restaurants adjacent to the complex.Communication with host excellent. Cleanliness was very good. Everything that we needed was there.Would stay there again if the opportunity arises.

Great place, comfortable, clean, quiet, neighbors were very cordial and nice without being intrusive. Only problem was that as best I could figure out, I either had to climb 5 floors or walk around the building to get to the apartment. Not usually a problem, but I recently tore the meniscus in my right knee.
