Cottage On Park Ave. Off-season pricing.

The Cottage is a detached , private building. There is no shared space!! The Cottage On Park Ave. is located 30 feet away from the Executive Suite also on the VRBO web site.
Our guests take such great care of our property we have never had to keep a security deposit nor charge a cleaning fee. We just ask that you leave it like you would your own home.
The COTTAGE has a high-end, very comfortable queen size bed , high-end linens, and feather or foam pillows Also a large TV in the sleeping area, on the wall for separate viewing. The Cottage has a new state of the art library quiet smart A/C and heating system , with full heating and cooling. The Cottage has a granite counter top kitchenette. If you did need any additional kitchen utensils or you need anything just ask.
There is a fully tiled bathroom and shower. All linens are high-end and fully supplied. If a guest has a special need, just let us know and we will take care of it.
The living room has a 32 inch flatscreen TV and a couch that can double for a single bed. We have plenty of linens for the couch. We are always decorating and re-decorating. We use original artwork, so your stay will be like at home.
There is a comfortable chair and table set on the deck in front of the cottage. We very much enjoy our landscaping, and our guests do also. Our guests enjoy our downtown when it comes to shopping and eating.
We are located in a very safe historic neighborhood in Thomasville. We do have exterior security cameras for that extra little bit of additional security.
We can’t have children between 1 and 3 years old. For security reasons. Please read our reviews that will tell you more about our Cottage than we can explain.

We were greeted by the owner who lives on the adjacent property. Our small home was clean and well decorated with all that we needed for a nice weekend in Thomasville. It is a very short walk through the beautiful neighborhood to town for eating and shopping.

The cottage was perfect for visiting Thomasville! Hosts gave us excellent recommendations for visiting restaurants and the Victorian Christmas event. We were not able to access our messages on VRBO and arrived early. The hosts were very gracious and accommodating! Highly recommend this cottage when visiting Thomasville. Thank you!!!

This was a nice, quiet and comfortable little cottage that was just perfect for our 2 night stay. Our host was very gracious and kind, and we had everything we needed. Hopefully it will be available when we visit Thomasville again.

Very quiet and nice neighborhood. The cottage is set back from the street with lots of vegetation in front of it. It was very cute inside. Gary responded very quickly to our requests. There is no sofa bed, it is a comfortable sofa but does not pull out into a bed. The shower pressure is not very strong. We would definitely stay here again.

This property is located halfway between downtown and Archibald hospital. It is in uniquely located to make it easy for you to walk or drive to either location . Our downtown is becoming a destination for the south east United States because of its unique character architecture Southern hospitality and extremely fine restaurants. People come just for the weekend from Tallahassee which is 28 miles away the capital of Florida just to spend the weekend in Thomasville. We love our downtown because of its unique character and stately elegance .
