Let the stunning mountain vista and Lake Supanee view captivate you at this 5 bedroom standalone house in the Lake Sunapee region of New Hampshire.
Relax to the gentle sound of a babbling brook on the expansive deck or in the large 6-acre yard abutting the beautiful John Hay reservation with miles of hiking trails. The deck also offers sweeping views of Lake Sunapee and spectacular sunsets.
Mt. Sunapee ski slopes & Lake Sunapee beach for swimming are about a 5 minute drive. Hiking trails with great views and stunning New Hampshire fall colors are a 10 minute walk. Shopping and dining in the beautiful towns of New London, Sunapee or Newbury are a short drive.
Perfect for remote work with 300Mbps internet, wifi, 3 desks - one on each floor. Approx 1.5 hours drive from boston area.
The house features AC and gas heat for year-round comfort, with modern appliances & furnishings, granite kitchen, 2.5 baths & a hot tub to die for. A generator ensures a worry free stay.

We enjoy sharing our home with guests who enjoy the simple pleasures of life like sipping early morning coffee on the deck, watching a beautiful sunset with a glass of wine, going for a fall hike to see the spectacular colors in the nearby Hay reservation, or hitting the slopes at Mt. Sunapee ski area which is a few minutes drive.
