Our single-level condo offers the ideal setting for a quiet weekend getaway, relocation, temporary work assignment, or simply a peaceful escape. Located in the tranquil Fortuna Foothills area, this 2-bedroom, 2-bath retreat provides comfort, convenience, and a true "home away from home" feel.
Located in the East of Yuma, close to Shopping, restaurants, hiking, biking, & easy access to the E I-8 highway.
The bright, open-concept design features a spacious living room with plenty of natural light, perfect for guests to relax and unwind. The living room, dining, and kitchen areas facilitate easy socializing and create a welcoming atmosphere.
The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, and a breakfast bar for casual dining. Guests will appreciate the convenience of having everything they need to cook and entertain.
