It is not allowed to leave the windows of the room for safety reasons, also it generates condensation with the air conditioner and Can produce water drips and consequential slip and falls and damage the furniture, if there is any damage due to this, the corresponding charge will be made.
In case you check out after 10 am without our prior authorization, we may charge a late check out fee of half of the night.
Smoking or tampering with the smoke detector is prohibited in our units. In case of doing so we will charge an extra 250 USD since our units are smoke free.

You will find a parking card with the room number on the unit. You must use it for the parking of the establishment. Please leave it in the same bag you found it in when you are finished. in case we can find the ticket at the end of your end we will charge the amount of 50 USD
