Ran out of toilet paper and paper towels. Stayed four nights and there was a bad smell. Apparently it was the open plumbing or sewer lines. Front door fell off the hinges See attached photos

The listing was not accurate. Stated there were 2 queen beds, I measured them with my crochet tape measure and they were 51 x 72, smaller than a standard full size bed. There were 3 people on our reservation, we had 4 bath towels, 2 wash clothes, no hand towel or kitchen towels. Messaged host about 7:30 regarding towels and very noisy window air conditioner in one of the bedrooms,got a reply about 9:30 stating that the unit was well stocked for our visit & air conditioners were working. Told them again we only had 2 wash clothes and the air conditioner was cooling but was very loud and it would be difficult to sleep in that room. Said they would deliver more towels that night and have someone come look at air conditioner next day. Got up the next morning, no towels, messages host. Left for the day, never heard back. When we got back that evening I called and was asked to message bc they couldn’t find my reservation with the confirmation number. Called me back shortly and told me the towels were delivered previous night to the back door. There was a door in the kitchen of the 3rd floor unit with a sign that said emergency exit only, do not open. We were specifically instructed not to use the back door of the building bc it was a multi family building and only use the right front door to access the steps and the door on the third floor. We thought the door in the kitchen went to another unit since we were told not to open it. Host made it sound like it was our fault.
