Relax and unwind at this unique and peaceful retreat in Big Bear Lake!
This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is the perfect escape for families or friends looking to enjoy a quiet mountain getaway. Nestled on a safe and serene cul-de-sac, the home offers plenty of space to relax—plus convenient parking with a garage and driveway.
The spacious master suite spans approximately 400 sq ft, providing a relaxing escape. Each bedroom is positioned in a different direction, offering unique views of the surrounding area. Enjoy outdoor living in the large, fully fenced backyard, complete with two-tiered elevated decking. Inside, unwind with a new 55` TV in the cozy living room.
Just under 2 miles from all the action, you’ll be minutes from shopping, Bear Mountain and Snow Summit slopes, the village, golf courses, and the lake.
**Please note that the property is equipped with a heater only and does not have air conditioning.`

- For reservations with 30 nights or more, the standard cleaning fee will be doubled to accommodate a deep clean.
- Early check-in and Late check-out may be accommodated, subject to the property’s availability 24 hours before your scheduled check-in or check-out day. Please note that applicable fees will apply for these requests: $85 for any check-in between 12:00PM to 2:00PM and full night rate for any late check-out.
- We do not provide propane for the property`s grill/ BBQ. If you need to refill the propane during your stay, please provide us with a photo of the receipt and we will reimburse you in full.
- Our property maintains a no-pet policy for the comfort and inconvenience of all our guests staying with us.

- This is a non-smoking property, fines start at $2000.00 for smoking inside the property.
- In the case of a refund request, the processing fees will not be refunded.

- No party, wedding, or other gathering exceeding occupancy limits is permitted without prior written approval by the city manager or the city manager’s designee at least 14 business days in advance. City approval is discretionary and may be subject to reasonable conditions. Any noise complaint fines will be automatically billed to the customer.
- Parking is allowed only in designated garages and driveways.
- No radio receiver, musical instrument, phonograph, loudspeaker, sound amplifier, or any other machine or device for the producing or reproducing of any sound may be operated on the vacation rental property unless it is within a fully-enclosed structure and is not audible at the property line if the vacation rental property.
- Any activity, whether indoor or outdoor, on the vacation rental that disturbs the peace and the use of an outdoor spa are prohibited between 10:00pm to 7:00am.
- Trash and refuse shall not be left stored within the public view except in proper containers for the purpose of collection by the collectors. No containers shall be placed in or adjacent to a street or public right-of-way for collection service more than 24 hours prior to the normal collection time. Containers shall be removed from, within or adjacent to the street or right-of-way, within 24 hours after the collection. Alternatively, trash and refuse may be disposed at “Clean Big Bear” sites as authorized by the city.
- Incessant barking from dogs of a responsible party and/or their vacation rental guests heard beyond the property line is prohibited.
- The main guest should at least be 18 years old.
- Any cancellations due to Covid or any other illnesses will be subject to the cancellation policy associated with the listing. No refunds or credits will be issues due to COVID-19 or any other health-related issues
