Hi Jessica, I was disappointed in your stay as you violated the "No Events" policy. Which led to more cars then were allowed, confetti all over the yard and the neighbors yard. Streamers still hanging in the cabin ceiling. You also left an extensive amount of garbage that filled a large wheel barrel and a large garbage can. We have a hose on each side of the cabin and you still felt to unhook the one hose and put onto the other hose and then not put it back? We ask to take the sheets off the beds which you could've just forgot that? It is not excessive except for the garbage. But You Did Not follow and respect our place or our rules.

This was a very nice cabin. It was clean and well stocked with anything we would need. We had a couple humid nights and the air conditioning was a very nice addition to everything else in the cabin. It sits right on the water with amazing views of Cormorant Lake. The deck is huge with plenty of chairs and the large umbrella was another thoughtful item that was included. We spent most of the evenings on the two chairs on the end of the dock. It was a relaxing and pleasant place to spend our 2 weeks.

Great birthday weekend!

It was a great place to stay! There was a nasty storm our first night so the power was knocked out for a couple of hours! Otherwise it was a perfect weekend getaway right on the lake! Would highly recommend staying here!

We just got home yesterday after a 4 day weekend at this cabin. This was absolutely perfect for my two daughters and me! Check in was super easy - as the host communicated a lockbox code to us prior to arrival that day. I asked a couple questions during our stay and received responses! The cabin is adorable!! Everything was clean and even better than described! There was a nice packet of information with codes, rules, and information about close by restaurants, etc. The lake water was crystal clear! There was a little beach area with a fire pit - we didn’t actually use it but if we had more time we sure would have! The beds were super comfortable! The kitchen had everything we needed to make some meals there and keep our beverages cold! I don’t even think the neighbors were ever there - it was peaceful and quiet and just the relaxing weekend we were all looking for!

This is the perfect location on Big Cormorant near Detroit Lakes, MN. Literally directly on the water! Great fishing. Clear lake. Beautiful stay. Two restaurants close by and convenience store close by and Green Valley Golf Course was fun nearby also. Central air made it very comfortable! We will definately be back. (If you have a boat, parking and navigating the boat at the property is tight.) Wonderful hosts. Perfect for a couple especially, but you could have 1-2 kids and be comfortable too. Highly recommend!

I love our cabin because it is right on the beach and on a large lake and close to Fargo. Rolling hills going back and forth from Fargo is so relaxing. Very convenient to grab something to eat. Sunrises and sunsets are also very nice.
