Great house for family vacation

This was a perfect place for our family trip. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor living space. Pool was great too.

Perfect Family Getaway

We enjoyed our stay so much. There was plenty to do inside and outside of the home. We had family movie night in the theater room, family game night, and dips in the pool to cool off. We visited the waterpark and it was great as well. The staff was really nice and was an inviting environment. Overall great experiences. I would definitely plan to go back.

Nice house, great neighborhood

The neighborhood was great! It was clean and safe for sure. I loved the gates checking people coming in and the security in the neighborhood. The house is very nice also but has some minor repairs that need to be fixed. The back door would not lock at all. It pulled open very easily. We ended up tying the door closed for our stay at night so we could sleep and not worry about it. Also, the garage wouldn’t open. They were prompt in sending someone by to open it for us though. Also, basically every toilet paper holder in the house was pulled off and on the ground. Minor fixes would make this place a 5⭐️ for sure. We would stay again (so long as the door was fixed).

Great for our family

The room and bathroom setup was great for our family. The pictures are a little hard to piece together, but the layout is as follows: upstairs there is a large master with big en-suite bathroom with double vanity and soaker tub. Also upstairs are two bedrooms that share a Jack & Jill bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed and the other has 4 twins (2 bunks.) There's a third bedroom with en-suite bathroom upstairs that has a queen bed. On the main level is another bedroom with a king bed and a bathroom that shares access with the main floor. FYI for future renters: there is only one dining table as opposed to the two pictured. Also there is a fence up around the pool. We loved the indoor/outdoor flow of this place. The property is managed by a rental company, not an individual so communication can be confusing. We loved having access to the resort amenities and visited the waterpark one of the days - it was lovely! Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

Recent trip to Disney

Based off photos, this house is a dream! Once you get there, there is SO much room for improvement. Check in was easy, though our code to get into the house was wrong (took some time getting that corrected). The house itself is clean, but there needs to be a lot of work to be done for upkeep. The faucet aerator in the kitchen was missing causing water to spew everywhere when you try to do dishes, shower floors were all extremely dated looking and the grout was dirty, every toilet paper holder falls off the wall, upstairs master bedroom was so hot, you could barely sleep, to the point that 2 additional fans did not cool it down. The movie theater room TV did not play regular television (which it said it did) and the middle 2 seats on both the top and bottom rows did not work to recline (4 of 8 work). There was supposed to be a crib on site, and there was not. We had to get a pack and play for one night and then had to have the house searched by a Jeeves employee to prove we didn't "miss" it prior to getting one the next day. I was also charged for the crib and had to call to speak to someone about getting that charge removed. (wasting time while on vacation) The biggest issue was the light INSIDE the spill over area of the pool that was hanging out of the wall of the pool. Extreme hazard to have that left unfixed. Not once did a pool maintenance person come out (pool was dirty when we arrived, though I understand bad weather came towards the end of our stay, so I will just hope that they were supposed to do their weekly maintenance on one of those days). The pool really looks nothing like the photo, as there is now a gate around it, blocking a large portion of the deck. Outside grill, including underneath where things are stored, bin for toys, etc, EXTREMELY dirty, as if its never been touched to be cleaned. When we arrived there was a hose thrown across the patio area, not put away at all. The drop down screen that is shown in one photo, separating the patio from the pool area is only "owners use". Parts of ceiling in patio area falling down. To my surprise, there were a bunch of kids toys, which I appreciated (though they appeared to have never been cleaned or even wiped down--so that took some time getting them wiped down). There was also a (very used) double stroller in the garage (but when I reached out to see if there was one on property I was told no, and had to rent one for an additional $80+). Decent stay, but needs many improvements.
