The living room offers additional sleeping options with a sofa bed. Downstairs you will find a ping pong and foosball table as well as a futon sleeper . I always thought this area would be a good place for growing wine grapes. In 2015 the owner of this property allowed me to establish the vineyard behind the house. In the fall of 2024 he sold me this place and it is now a part of my dream.
