Perfect garage apartment for solo adventurers or couples! You will have the entire space to yourself, complete with a private entrance.
Inside, you will find

- 40" smart Roku TV,
- blazing-fast +90Mbps Wi-Fi,
- private bathroom, and
- rare in-suite washer/dryer all to yourself.
You will step outside, hop on a scooter or walk🚶♀️ to explore unique shops, hidden gem restaurants and bars. You will have access to your own bedroom, bathroom, washer and dryer, and back yard if you'd like. No kitchen access, but there is a mini fridge, microwave, and fully stocked coffee bar with snacks!

My wife and I love love the location of our home here in the Milk District of downtown Orlando. We also both work from home in our 3 bed 2 bath home, and found ourselves not really taking advantage of the third bedroom and the second bathroom. So we decided let’s share this spectacular location with others!
You will share a roof with us, but understand that this room is truly private and intentionally setup just like a hotel room so that all your needs are met during your stay. Park your car in our driveway, wash some clothes, and even feel free to get Amazon or DoorDash deliveries for those days you just want to stay in the comfy bed and chill for the night. The Milk District is a perfect location, we often walk 20min to downtown Orlando, Lake Eola, Mills Ave eateries are about the same distance. There are great little hidden gem bars and restaurants just around the corner.
