Enjoy the tranquil flowing river or head to different spots on the Smith River to do some Fly Fishing. We even have a kayak you can borrow! No matter what you're in town for, Caddisfly Lodge is the perfect place to unwind. Not far from Martinsville, VA and Philpott Lake and Marina, this is the ultimate getaway for fishing, boating, or heading to the race track, your cozy home away from home. The newly renovated lodge has a full kitchen, full bathroom and a private bedroom. The living area is fitted with a large smart tv and wifi. You will absolutely enjoy the private deck as you listen to the birds and the river. Dog fee for up to 2 dogs is $100.

I am a pharmacist at Duke Hospital who stumbled into the world of property management and real estate. It all began when I started renting out my personal properties as short-term rentals. I quickly fell in love with managing properties and interacting with guests, which led me to obtain my real estate license. As my passion for this field grew, I expanded my services to manage other people's properties as well. The business became so busy that I had to reduce my hours at Duke Hospital to dedicate more time to it. I am deeply passionate about traveling and exploring different properties and areas, which fuels my love for this profession even more. I am dedicated to providing exceptional service to both property owners and guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all involved.
