Our cleaner has been cleaning our apartment and many other holiday lets in the area for years and she has never had a compliant about requiring fresher smelling towels. We have been informed by all our guests that our kitchen equipment is excellent. It is important to mention here, that it does have everything you would expect so I do not understand your comments here. You have highlighted the amazing views in your heading thank you. We our proud to provide a fantastic apartment with great furnishing which are modern and chic. Very beautiful and comfortable. There is an amazing sea view and very lucky to have fantastic views of the bay and Purbeck hills as well.

I am really sorry to hear this caused an issue during your stay, but in all fairness, I strongly encourage guests to thoroughly review the property information when booking, especially if accessibility is a concern. Had you checked the amenities section, you would have found that the listing mentions the presence of stairs. The few wooden steps leading from the car park are a part of the building's unique character and access. As a beautifully refurbished Victorian building, its convenient location, just a short walk from the beach and town, and its original features are often praised, including a few stone steps to the ground level front door. Furthermore, being a penthouse, it offers fantastic sea views as well as views across the bay and Purbeck hills, which I understand you appreciated. Naturally, a penthouse wouldn't be located on the ground level; it's on the second level - not excessively high, but high enough to provide those stunning panoramic views.

Thank you for your feed back. Like most Penthouse's they are at the top of the building which is one of the great things about them. The property offers one of the best and breathtaking views in Swanage and a chic yet comfortable stay. The property provide a lovely holiday where you do not need to worry about parking or taking a car to get out and about. . We are only two minutes from the sea, beach and town.

We are sorry to hear that your personal experience of the Purbeck hills in Swanage was a difficult one but, this is not the view we normally receive. Our customers find the location convenient as only two minutes' walk to the local town and beach plus it is very well situated for the local park. Our customers particularly enjoy the breath taking sea views and those of the Swanage bay. They find their stay a comfortable one in an enjoyable and chic apartment.
