Welcome to Bougie Bear, a newly built luxury chalet offering an elegant and comfortable retreat in the heart of the Smoky Mountains. Designed for families and groups seeking space, privacy, and high‑end amenities, this 4‑bedroom, 5‑bathroom Gatlinburg cabin provides 3,800 sq ft of thoughtfully crafted living space with stunning mountain views from nearly every window!

Located just minutes from downtown Gatlinburg, the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and top attractions like Dollywood and Climbworks, Bougie Bear combines the convenience of a prime location with the tranquility of a ridge‑top setting. Guests enjoy mountain views, frequent wildlife sightings, and peaceful surroundings ideal for relaxation.

Spacious, comfortable and thoughtfully designed, this chalet cabin is perched atop a mountain ridge in Gatlinburg, TN with 4 private bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a comfy foam sleeper sofa and accommodation for 10 guests (up to 12 with infant and toddler co-sleeping). Whether you’re planning a family vacation, a group getaway, or a relaxing mountain escape, Bougie Bear offers the comfort, space, and luxury you’re looking for. Book your stay and experience one of Gatlinburg’s finest new cabins!

The open‑concept main level includes a large living room with floor‑to‑ceiling windows, a stone fireplace, and a spacious leather sectional. The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with high‑end appliances, double ovens, a gas cooktop, and ample counter space—perfect for preparing meals for the whole group. The dining area seats up to 10, with additional seating at the kitchen island.

HOUSE RULES *No events means no parties.
*No unauthorized guests allowed on property or for overnight stay.
*Primary guest must be at least 25 years old, must occupy the property for the entire stay, and may be asked to provide ID. Reservations made under false pretenses will be canceled without refund.
*Keep in mind it is illegal to feed the bears or other wildlife. Reference bearwise dot org for info about bears.
*Do not store food in cars due to bears and best to leave your doors locked.
*Do not leave trash unattended outside. Contact host if you anticipate trash removal may be needed prior to checkout.
*Be thoughtful if you leave food unattended for even a short time, such as when grilling outside. Keep grill closed and covered once cool to discourage bears from damaging grill.
*The bears have an amazing sense of smell and will visit an area long after the food is gone.

What a beautiful cabin! It has so many thoughtful amenities and feels brand new! We loved the pool table, dart board, hot tub, and the chef's kitchen! They had several games, cozy blankets, and so many other things to make our stay comfortable and fun. We loved the fireplaces in so many rooms...made it feel so cozy! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The cabin was clean, had lots of fun things to do, pool table, dart board, it does have a hot tub but we didn't get the chance to get in it. The showers were nice and hot, and the kitchen was huge with a big fridge for all of our drinks.

This was a very beautiful home. Brandi was very gracious and responsive. The backyard had a beautiful natural habitat that attracted dozens of goldfinches and hummingbirds that we enjoyed watching while drinking our coffees. We also had the pleasure of watching a mama bear and her cub forage for berries in the back yard. Would stay again!

Beautiful bougie cabin

Breathtaking views and stunning cabin from every point of view inside and out. We felt right at home and of course we’re drooling over the the master bedroom furnishings- the long pillows are heaven. They have everything you need to cooking big meals and enough seating in kitchen, living, game room and outside. Use the fireplaces, especially the one outside it’s amazing!!! Thank you so much for hosting our family in your gorgeous cabin. Also your communication was awesome!!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay at Bougie Bear! The home was immaculate! We did not have to clean before we started our vacation, usually we do! My daughter gave it the white glove test and it passed. We had plenty of room for 12 people. Brandi was amazing. She was always available when we had a question or needed information. We saw many bears on the property while we were there. They were beautiful. The home is located in a nice community and the pool we used was a very short drive on up the mountain. The wooded lot provided views from all the decks. We were able to park 5 vehicles at the top of the driveway. This included a full size truck with a 6 1/2 foot bed. The bedrooms were large and the beds very comfortable. The 2 master bathrooms were amazing. We also enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and had plenty of seating. We look forward to returning in the near future. Thank you Brandi for sharing your beautiful home with us.

We loved the home! Very modern barndominium, clean, and lots of space. Our only concern was the hot tub being at ground level and not fully enclosed. Everything else, again, was absolutely great and serene!

We had an amazing stay. The cabin was clean, cozy, and there was an amazing view. The host was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely like to visit again. Great experience!

Literally the best VRBO I have stayed in so far! Booked this cabin for my Galentine weekend for me and my girls. We loved everything about this place! Talk about luxury! This was right up my alley! Pictures do not do it justice at all. The best part was the host checking in from time to time and being very responsive about everything! Brandi is very accommodating! It is literally located within 20 minutes from the downtown area. Also has security within the neighborhood which makes it even better. Already looking at booking it again this year!

People are always blown away by the scale and beauty of our home, we love hearing this! One of the nicest homes in the area, we’re at the top of a mountain ridge with seasonal views from most parts of the house. We also have a flat grassy back yard, great for families with younger children. Explore the neighborhood amenities or create your own adventure all within 10-60 minutes of the house.
