From the time of booking through checkout, Jessica was absolutely wonderful and attentive. She was responsive, helpful, and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. We had read a few reviews mentioning that the area could feel a little sketchy, but we stayed for four nights and never once felt unsafe. The house itself is cute, comfortable, and full of character. You can really feel the love and care that went into fixing it up and making it feel welcoming. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this home to others!

To start Jess was an excellent host. Very attentive to any concerns or questions we had. The house inside was very clean and she had supplies for us to use like toiletries and kitchen supplies. The bed was extremely comfortable and the backyard for the pups was a good size and mostly shaded all day, which mattered being extremely hot during our stay. Tavern / restaurants that are within 5 to 10 minutes were awesome. If you want to be outside of the hectic downtown but only 15 minutes away we would recommend this house

Everything was perfect. The house is super cute and clean. The property is well kept and neat. It is nice and quiet all the time and that makes it a great place to come back to after a long day out. Perfect for our little pup with a big fenced back yard. I just can’t say enough good things about this place and you’ll never find a better host to rent from! Jessica and Cody are fantastic and so very helpful and accommodating. There was a minor issue that needed fixing and Cody was there the next day to take care of it. Great people and i highly recommend them! There’s no doubt when we’re back in Charleston we’ll be staying with them again. Thanks guys!!

Born and raised right here. I love offering a home for visitors that are looking to have a clean and tidy place to call “home base” during their trip. I have loved living in the area nearly 30 years and am eager for others to discover Charleston. I continue to work locally at our non profit hospital system, where I get the opportunity to serve others in a different facet.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

I love this neighborhood. It has so much character and charm. Reflects the true culture of the locals. It’s a rapidly transitioning neighborhood full of friendly locals. Many cottages were built in WW2 so the young stationed service men could live near the base. About half (like salty breeze bungalow) have been renovated and breathed new life into the home and neighborhood

この宿泊施設の特徴

Adorable cottage that has the bones and charm from being built in 1940 but fully updated with all we need to live comfortably. Still has original hardwood floors. So much fun to stay in and centrally located! it is in a perfect spot to easily travel to everything the area has to offer
