Everything was perfect. Location!!! Apartment decor, cleanliness, kitchen and supplies, terrace with outdoor shower, beds super comfortable, view from the terrace and living room, and the area is very quiet. Great sleeps!

Unfortunately there were renovations going in in one or more apartments during our stay - on the last day it was so loud that we were forced to go out (even though the plan was to spend the afternoon relaxing in the apartment). If not for this I would have given it a 5 out of 5 stars rating.Also, we could not really use the nice terrace as it had not been cleaned (dirty chairs, table).Some little things in the kitchen need attention.All in all very good - a spacious, sunny apartment, tastefully furnished, excellent location.

Fantastic place!

Louise’s place is in a great location and was exactly as represented in the pictures. The few questions we had were responded to very quickly. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Great condo for families/great location!

Great condo in a great location, with easy access to the beach. Nice sized place with a nice back patio facing Christ the Redeemer (albeit a ways off). Plenty of great restaurants within walking distance (including Garjota de Ipanema/restaurant where the Girl from Ipanema song was conceived). There's a great coffee/bakery/juice bar cafe across the street. Louise was very helpful and responsive, making for an easy check-in/check-out. The apartment building is secured with a guard throughout the day, with evening access granted by said security guard. I normally don't do reviews, but i felt i should for this condo. My family would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it!

Ipanema Dream

Loved everything about this place. Super central location right near all the best restaurants and bars in Ipanema and best beach spots too. Tons of natural light, large living space, good AC and comfy king sized bed. The view and the outdoor shower were definite bonuses.

Great neighbourhood

Nice flat on the top floor of a secure building, ideally located a short walk to Ipamena beach. Very clean , spacious apartment with awesome views towards Christ the redeemer statue. Convenient location within easy walking distance of a grocery store, juice bar and a lovely park . Subway a block away.

Wonderful place to stay!

Our host was an amazing, gracious lady of the highest caliber. The apartment was clean, quiet and spacious. Much appreciation to her for helping us have a wonderful vacation in spite of weather -which wasn’t ideal.

Nice apartment

The apartment was as described and the owner was very attentive and helpful. One of the air conditioners needed to be serviced during the stay, but it was repaired quickly. The kitchen items were somewhat basic but I was able to get by with what was provided. I would stay here again.

Outstanding Penthouse Condo in Ipanema

I have been to Rio 16 times. This condo was just amazing - not only is it spacious, everything about it was lovely. It has a gorgeous view of the Christ Statue (Corcovado) as well as a nice outdoor patio. The bathrooms were great, and the air conditioning worked very well! It was extremely easy to correspond with the lovely owner Anna Louise! The location can't be beat, just 2 blocks from the Ocean, right on the main shopping street in Ipanema. The doormen downstairs were always friendly. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!! The only thing to be aware of is that the unit is on the 9th floor. You have to take the elevator to the 8th floor, and then walk up 1 floor, so be aware of this, if you have mobility issues. Gary L. Hollywood, California

absolutely beautiful

Our overall experience with this property is Excellent . From communicating with the property manager and follow up was very easy. The design of the apartment is minimal but well done. Everything works in the home. Location wise is walking distance to everything and the location is near a GYM , good restaurants , 2 blocks from the beach and a nice park. The views from this unit is beautiful and the outdoor terrace is very magical because you have an outdoor shower and the unobstructed view of the Cristo . Thank you so much Anna Louise for making this vacation stay so memorable and easy. Looking forward to stay here when i go back to Rio. Cheers

Newly refurbished, 2-bedroom and 2.5-bathroom, fully equipped. The living room and the two bedrooms face the terrace.
The space is around 100 m2 + terrace (15m2).
WiFi at 15Mbps and HD cable television package including movies, sports, kids programming and news.
24-hour doorman.
Barbecue available in the terrace.
