To ensure a wonderful experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you observe our house policies:

- We are a pet-friendly retreat and welcome your furry friends for a $125 fee per pet.

- Please note that parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited to maintain the peaceful atmosphere of the area. 🐾

- A 4WD or AWD vehicle is highly recommended during the winter months as the private roads can be icy.

- We provide an initial starter set of toiletries and firewood for your convenience.

Please note that for all VRBO bookings, guests are responsible for a 3.5% processing fee if the reservation is canceled

Security Deposit
A $350 damage security deposit will be held for this reservation. By booking, guests agree that any damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, or violations of house rules may result in charges against this deposit. All damages will be documented and shared if applicable.
