Welcome! We present a fully FURNISHED 2 BEDROOM UNIT (32.51m²) with a view of the amenities, located on the 11th floor.
This is part of three adjacent units which is best for families and friends who want to stay together.

The building is brand new, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Our unit is designed for coziness, ensuring you feel right at home.

*Unit Features:
1) All utility bills included.
2) High-speed cable and internet access.
3) 1 queen-size bed, 1 twin bed, and 1 sofa bed.
4) Towels, toiletries
5) Complete kitchenware and utensils.
6) Washer for guests staying 5 nights or more.

The building features function rooms that can be reserved in accordance with property management policies.

REGARDING SWIMMING POOL:
Currently, SMDC charges P150 per person per day on regular days and P300 per person on holidays. The pool hours are from 7 AM to 10 PM.

NOTE: If you wish to use the pool, please notify our staff 24 hours before your arrival, or visit the admin office before 4 PM the day prior to pay the fees.

A. Early check-in is typically allowed if the unit is available (no guests checking out before you). We need time to clean and prepare the unit. If early check-out occurs, we will inform you immediately, but we cannot guarantee it.

Q. Do you allow late check-out?
A. Late check-out may be permitted if no guests are checking in before you, with a minimal fee. Again, we cannot guarantee this.

A. Yes, parking spaces are available at Shore 1 & 3 Residences, Fame 3 Residences, Red Residences, and Bloom Residences. Take advantage of our low introductory rates!

I had a great stay! They offer free parking on a first-come, first-served basis, which is super convenient if you or your guests have a vehicle. For longer stays (5 days or more), they also provide access to a washer, which really helps make things hassle-free.What stood out the most was their top-tier customer service—they always check in to make sure everything's going well. The cleanliness of the unit is on another level, and the staff—Glenn, Noli, and the rest of the team—were all incredibly polite and accommodating. Definitely a place I’d recommend!

We are dedicated to meet your condo hotel needs whether short or long term. Having lived in California since 1993, I know your expectations for a relaxing vacation. We aim for perfection and our success is based on your perfect feedback.

I personally own multiple units of 1 bedroom with balconies at S, Shell, Shore 1 & 3 Residences in MOA, Fame 1, 3 & 4 Residences in Mandaluyong, Red Residences in Makati & units of 2 bedroom with balconies in Bloom Residences in Parañaque. I have more units currently being built at Gold & Mint Residences.

My goal is to make your stay like living in a 5-star hotel. The units are all fully furnished with kitchen appliances, utensils, pots & everything you need to have a comfortable & relaxing stay.

This is a brand new property. Take a look at the 5-star lobby. Staff are very courteous and helpful. Amenities are great. We took time to renovate the units so they will be very comfortable for you. I bought properties for rentals because I go back to the Philippines few times a year because of my businesses in Palawan and each time I stay in Manila, I feel like the higher end hotels are too expensive. Our units are very affordable but you will have a feeling of being in 5-star hotel because of the quality of the room and everything that goes with it, the building itself, the staff and the location.
