Welcome to the Guest Suite at Spruce Hill! Our guest suite is well-equipped for a relaxing stay in beautiful East Tennessee. Conveniently located just 5 minutes from McGhee Tyson Airport and only 10 min from Maryville, 15 min from West Knoxville, and 20 min from Downtown Knoxville. You'll find a stylish space with a private entrance, fast wifi, a full kitchen, cozy queen bed and a twin trundle bed, and a luxury bathroom with a soaking clawfoot tub and waterfall shower with 2 shower towers. The guest suite is located in the basement of our home, however, there is a private driveway and entrance, and you will have complete privacy during your whole stay. The interior is brand new as it was completed in 2024. Since we live on the upper 2 floors, you may occasionally hear footsteps and voices from one of our little boys running around. We will do our best to keep them quiet so they don’t disturb your stay.
This place was beautiful and the bathtub is a dream! The owners responded quickly when you contact them.

Cozy & luxurious hideaway near Knoxville
We greatly enjoyed the accommodations and appreciate all the information provided by the host before we arrived. It made accessing the property and getting inside quite effortless. Ample private parking with a separate driveway allowed for plenty of space to turn around and even get close enough to the main door to easily unload. The spa-like experience in the luxurious bathroom was quite a treat! Took a little bit of tinkering to figure out how everything in the shower worked, but the water pressure and temperature was fantastic. The main bed was nice too. It felt like sleeping on a supportive cloud. If you prefer slightly firmer beds, there's a trundle daybed available.Just a couple tips:* The concrete floor can be rather cold without shoes, even when wearing socks, so bring house slippers or thick socks.* There are so many cabinets and so much storage in the kitchen (which is a good thing), it's a challenge to find things upon first arrival.Other than that, everything else went smoothly. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this property for anyone visiting or traveling through the Knoxville area.
