Pleasant but annoyed

Overall it was a good experience. The tv remote was not in the room and having to cast from my phone was difficult because the connection was all over the place since there were multiple tvs on the premises. Additionally, the ceiling must be thin because the guest above made it difficult to sleep. I’m sure they weren’t stomping but simply walking however it sounded like they were stomping. I will stay there again.

Nice but not perfect

Overall we had a nice stay but not without any setbacks. Firstly, we couldn’t find the TV remote. They said it would be on the counter but if it was not there to look for it between the pillows, drawers, basically anywhere. It was nowhere to be found. Then, there were hairs on the sheets. We brushed them off but kept thinking how clean they actually were considering there were some stains on them, too. And lastly, last night we were woken up at 1:30 am by a cockroach walking on my partner’s face. Immediately we both jumped. Good thing there was a broom in the closet.

Decent at best

I stayed here with my boyfriend for the weekend and had a reasonable experience. the neighborhood was awesome, very walkable / close to bars, etc. however, there are a couple crippling misconceptions that i was failed to be notified of in advance. #1 THERE IS NO KITCHEN SINK(you have to do your dishes in the bathroom sink). #2 THERE IS NO PRIVATE POOL (lots of other people - definitely the best way to describe this is a COMMUNAL LIVING ENVIRONMENT) #3 NO DISHWASHER (again, very difficult to do dishes in the bathroom). #4 VERY DIFFICULT TO LOCATE APPT (had to go out of way and contact owner upon arrival). #5 VERY LIMITED CLEAN TOWELS (bring your own definitely…) The owner was kind and responded to our needs well, but i would definitely read this review prior to booking this VRBO.

Clean efficiency apt but yard and pool need work

Room was clean and modern with ikea type furniture. Several rentals on the same property. Yard waste was all over and pool was very hot and filled with leaves. Property manger was notified but did not rectify situation. Cannot justify a higher rating.

**Kinda Long** My experience. Pro: -The Resort itself is SO beautiful!! & REAL. The layout, the trees, everything is real and Cared for. It's more like a Hidden Gem type of lowkey resort, with no weird rules or fees or staff members. -The Room, very beautiful and clean and thoughtful. I loved everything about it. My Studio, "Jasmine" was basically secluded. I didn't hear much of anything where i was in the corner. The shower, bed, and pillows VERY comfortable. Cold water would've been a nice touch. ... Con: -The Resort, though hidden, is slightly open to the community. When I arrived I was welcomed by people who weren't there for the sake of renting a space, and enjoying the amenities. My Fiance says to mention the parking-- VERY inconsiderate. You may not fit in, and you may get blocked in. So keep that in mind if you're coming in late night. Also, the room itself. There needs to be a map with directions either attached to the email OR on the grounds itself. & There should be directions included with opening the lock on the door. SO frustrating. After contacting VRBO and trying for 1hr, i was able to get in. Also, still unable to lock the door once you leave the room. My Fiancé says to replace the locks completely. My TV never worked, so i can't comment on that, literally at all. 4.5 Stars My initial frustrations with location and entering room. The parking. The door lock. My TV/Roku was never fixed or resolved. Thank you.

Bright clean and quiet

This was a great location for my 5 day stay while on a work trip. It was spotless on arrival and I was welcomed by staff who explained all the basics. The studio was perfect for me to return to at the end of the day and had all the amenities one needs. Nicely furnished, surrounded by greenery, tucked away in a private peaceful setting. Enjoyed my stay here. Thanks!
