Home owner was very responsive and gave us all the details. Beds were very comfortable and linens were quality and amazing. The temperature runs a little warm, but they supply fans and very quiet neighborhood if you sleep with the windows open.

The accommodation is clean, spacious and well equipped (however no tin opener or iron).It is well situated in North Vancouver (which was perfect for us as close to family). Very easy to get an Uber anywhere you wanted in and around the Vancouver area.The only negative is that the accommodation is part of / under the owner’s home. We were only in the property from late evening until the morning each day, however, noise was a problem.The owners clearly have wooden floors and every sound from the dog walking across the floor, foot steps, moving of chairs and family discussions could be heard . I strongly suggest the owners get some rugs or something to help with limiting the noise. The sounds are normal family life but echo and banging did kept us awake on a few occasions.Also I think the previous tenants had a little joke of putting lots of hand prints outside on the patio windows that showed in day light .. the internal space was very clean ..we do recommend the property but we really had to take off a star due to the amount of noise from above
