A very nice place with very well thought out amenities for hosting a family with kids and multiple dogs! It was clean, the check in and out was simple and we had no issues! It's a very good location with great access to trails and bike paths

This was the perfect place to spend time with family and just chill after enjoying the beach waves which is about a 5 minute drive away. My husband enjoyed the hot tub and the young adults enjoyed the pool. I enjoyed the spaciousness of the kitchen, and the family hangout spaces - living room, dining room, and eat-in kitchen. It allowed me to plug in and listen to the young people play board games and sharing in fun conversations.

The property was perfect for my crew of 9, which included two young boys and two teenage girls. We enjoyed the beach, the boardwalk carnival, and the fort fisher aquarium, but the best times were in your backyard. Young and old enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Only suggestion i have is to add some full size beach chairs for us old folks.

We stayed July 12-17. The house is beautiful, well decorated and organized. The 1st day the toilet in the mother in law suite didnt flush, so I Emailed Lumina properties, they said they would send someone, the next morning we noticed the ceiling leaking, emailed Lumina again, they said someone would be there that day, They came, we werent there, they fixed the leak but not the toilet.. emailed again , so it was 2 days later the toliet got fixed . It was frustrating. I am on vacation, I do not want to be emailing and looking for emails all day for things that should have been prevented. Also I had to email them about the pool and hot tub, because they werent very clean either.. 2 days to come do that... The patio furniture wasnt well kept or cleaned and lots of debris around the yard and off the room of the mother in law suite, so dirty we didn't go in there. All in all we had a good time, because its my vacation, that it was I planned to do is have a good time... Definitely not worth the money we paid.
