● Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises.
● Quiet hours after 10 PM to respect neighbors
● Please take care of the outdoor cushions by storing them indoors during rain.
● Please clean up your pets poop and dispose in outside trash cans. There will be a $250 non refundable fine if poop is left behind.

Adorable home

My daughter and I stayed here while my husband was in the hospital. It was perfect for us. I don’t know much about location as we are from out of town, but it was very convenient to the hospital and anywhere we needed to go. It was super clean and had all the extra touches. Communication with the owners was exceptional and the neighbors were quite friendly.

NC Oakwood Oasis Deux - So Enjoyed

Hi, we had the best time at Oakwood Estates Deux. Our hosts were super accommodating and the house and the yard, particularly the back, were such a fun time to hang out, relax, etc. We ended up having so much fun with the golf that we played our first 18 ever (par 3 - Knights Play Golf). Perfect beginner course if you are interested. They have 27 holes, and it is close. There are other courses but as a beginner, we went smaller, the staff there could not be more accommodating. We had such a good time. So many things to do. Rent bikes, golf, hang, anything. Thanks for the hospitality.

Charming Historic Cottage, nicely appointed, with all comforts of home. Quiet neighborhood with little drive thru traffic. Pleasant neighbors. Neatly manicured front-yard landscaping. Welcoming promo merch, delish local gifts. Clean, updated appliances, modern decor, comfortable tidy beds, plenty of freshly-washed scented towels. Nicely stocked kitchen tools/dish-ware. Vinyl-plank flooring was great for easy clean-up of kitchen area, and durable material for dogs. Excellent HVAC cooling system. Slated window shades. Plenty of hot water time in shower. Good internet connectivity. Multiple TV’s and programming choices. Wonderful, completely turfed, secured/fenced/partially shaded backyard, with outdoor seating. Perfect for those with pets and/or children. Convenient street parking front of cottage. Concrete lighted stairs up to cottage, and smooth concrete walkway up to covered front porch. Easy in/out digital door pad lock. Minutes to State Capitol/Historic Oakwood bars, restaurants, and shops. 15-20 minute drive to area museums, and upscale North Hills suburb mall shopping, restaurants and Wegmans grocery.
