The house was clean & Tidy - there was no mention that there were railrod tracks right outside the bedroom windows. The house would vibrate when the trains would come by throughout the stay. I think this information would be helpful in determining if the house would work - I am a light sleeper and it was very difficult to sleep.

The Bungalow Retreat-Tomball, TX June 26-30, 2025

This is the second time for us staying in one of Michael's properties located in Tomball. As before, the process went super smooth and the accommodations were very cozy and comfortable and clean. While we prefer the other house we rented last year (larger, closer to town center and further from the train line), we would certainly rent this house, as it met our expectations and served our family's needs in every way! Thanks again, Michael, for being a 5-star host!

Great stay not far outside of Houston

Small town but so much to do. Was in town for a concert and it was a very nice, quiet place to go back to.

SO CUTE!

This was an adorable house that was EXTREMELY clean. Perfect for my elderly mother, my husband and I and our 14 year old! Very centrally located in a ok neighborhood. There is a train that runs behind the house but it wasn’t an issue for us. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay!

Our family enjoyed our stay! Friendly hosts, good communication, house was well stocked and clean when we arrived. Had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. It is in an older, more established neighborhood next to a train track (and backs to a business), so if you are easily bothered by noise this might be a consideration (though the house is equipped with white noise machines, so it wasn't an issue for us). Since house is older, the ceilings are a bit low for a tall family like ours, but that's just how houses were made back then. If you are 6 foot , this might be something to consider. However, the house has been very nicely updated. The location was convenient to everything that we needed (restaurants, shopping, highways, etc). We would definitely stay here again if visiting the Tomball area. Thanks for a great stay!

Daily Grace Co Conference

Came to town for only one reason, The Daily Grace co Conference. We were very please with the Vintage Bungalow. It was clean and nice had a very cozy comfortable feeling. The owner’s were very quick to respond and help us out when the key pad battery needed to be replaced. Thanks for a great stay

Great Stay

Loved staying at this property. It was close to every where we wanted to be and it was so well stocked from a record player to coffee to plenty of towels! Next time we visit Tomball, we will definitely stay here again!
